Anyone who wants the best should give Stephen a call. We did, and thanks to him we discovered a community that we didn’t know and which we fell in love with. A community that has everything our family requires.
We did visit a few houses with the help of Stephen. Although the houses he suggested were almost perfect for us, there was always a little something that was making us say “not this one”. At that time we decided to have one built to our liking.
Stephen was there during all the important steps of the construction, from the purchase offer signature to the Pre-delivery Inspection. He also e-mailed us pictures of the construction site during the building process.
Just when we thought we couldn’t ask more from a realtor, he pushed the excellence of his service by offering us a two hour session with a private home designer free of charge. Thanks to him, we now have our dream house.
